From here, you will be immersed in a deeply healing Sound Bath using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and sacred percussion instruments, carefully selected to support emotional balance, relaxation, and energetic harmony.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
A combination of somatic movement, mindfulness & energetic attunement.
Somatic practices help you connect with the wisdom of your body therefore softening the tension in your busy mind. Somatics are a wonderful way to get to the root of your emotions & release them through movement. This is followed by hands on reiki to ground & shift any stuck energy in the body. Closing with a sound bath, weaving the healing sounds of the quantum crystal singing bowls, chimes & sacred percussion instruments. As you slip into deep relaxation, allow the sound to wash over you & surrender to the healing frequencies, as the vibrations penetrate every fibre of your being. Calming your nervous system, dissolving & shifting stagnant energies & awakening new potentials.
