Join me for a deeply nourishing evening of sound healing and intention setting under the grounding New Moon in Taurus. This lunar energy invites us to slow down, reconnect to the body, and root into stability, self-worth, and abundance.
You will be gently guided into a gentle Reiki meditation to ground, centre and open your energy field . Followed by a deeply immersive Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, using Alchemy Crystal singing bowls & sacred percussion instruments to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and deep rest.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
A combination of somatic movement, mindfulness & energetic attunement.
Somatic practices help you connect with the wisdom of your body therefore softening the tension in your busy mind. Somatics are a wonderful way to get to the root of your emotions & release them through movement. This is followed by hands on reiki to ground & shift any stuck energy in the body. Closing with a sound bath, weaving the healing sounds of the quantum crystal singing bowls, chimes & sacred percussion instruments. As you slip into deep relaxation, allow the sound to wash over you & surrender to the healing frequencies, as the vibrations penetrate every fibre of your being. Calming your nervous system, dissolving & shifting stagnant energies & awakening new potentials.
